Subscriptions

SamNeon Pro, $8.99 per month with a 7-day free trial

Pro unlocks campaign levels 4–20. Levels 1–3, Endless mode, ranks and the prize board are free. Prices are shown in US dollars; Apple or Google charges you in your own currency at their rate. Buying more than one subscription gives no advantage in the contest.

I paid but the levels are still locked

Open SamNeon, go to the paywall screen and choose Restore purchases. That asks the store directly. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account that bought the subscription.

Cancelling or refunds

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us. On iPhone, iPad or Mac: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google; we cannot issue them. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Accounts

Do I need an account?

Not to play. You can play, rank up and watch the prize board without signing in. Signing in is required only to be paid a prize.

I got a new phone

Sign in on the new phone with the same email, Apple or Google identity and your account moves with you, progress and prizes included. If you never signed in, your progress lives only on the old device — sign in before you switch.

"This device already has an account"

One person holds one account, for good. If a device has held an account before, sign in to that account instead of starting a new one. Second accounts forfeit every prize involved.

Deleting your account

In the app, in the account screen — or without the app at samneon.com/delete-account. It removes your player name, email, sign-in links and contact details, and unlinks your runs. See the Privacy Policy for what we must keep after a payment.

Ranks and XP

Why did my run not count?

Counted runs need all of these:

• You are online when the run ends, so the server can issue a seed and replay the run.
• You are on the phone, tablet or Mac app. Runs in a browser never count.
• Levels are cleared in order — level 7 only counts once level 6 is cleared on the server.
• The app is up to date. A run recorded by an older version of the game is not counted.

Why did I stop earning XP today?

XP is capped at 1,000 per player per day, UTC. It resets at midnight UTC. The cap is deliberate: it is what makes the climb to Ultimate take a year or more for everybody, and it cannot be bought past.

My rank has enough XP but has not moved

Every rank has a skill gate as well as an XP number — cleared levels, missions, Endless waves. The ranks screen shows exactly which requirement is still missing.

Prizes and payouts

When can I request a payout?

When your verified record reaches a paying rank, a payout request appears on the prizes screen by itself. There is no way to request one early.

The identity check

Before the first payout you verify once that you are a real person — a government ID and a live selfie, through an independent provider. It is done once for that account and covers every prize it ever wins. Only the provider can mark an account verified; we cannot do it by hand, and neither can anyone working on SamNeon. One verified person may hold one account.

I forgot my payout PIN

Use Forgot PIN on the payout screen. It opens a fresh identity check; pass it as the same person and you can set a new PIN within 30 minutes. We cannot reset a PIN for you, on purpose.

How long does payment take?

Prizes are paid within 30 days of verification being complete, in USDT to the wallet address you gave, on the network you chose. The transaction hash is published on the prize board so anyone can confirm it. Check your wallet address carefully: a crypto payment cannot be recalled.

A prize place says "opens when funded"

Prizes are funded from subscription revenue, in order, and a place is marked funded only once the prize wallet holds the money for it. The prize board shows the live figures, including when they are zero.

Fair play and bans

Automation of any kind — bots, macros, computer vision, modified apps, or another person playing your account — disqualifies the account. If you think an account was suspended wrongly, email us with your player name and we will review it. The full terms are in the Official Rules.
