Delete your account
You can delete your SamNeon account and the data attached to it at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us from this page. You do not need the app installed to ask.
Fastest: from inside the app
Open SamNeon, go to the account screen and choose Delete account. It takes effect immediately. This is the quickest route because the app already knows which account is yours.
Without the app: email us
Email support@samneon.com with the subject Account deletion request, from the email address on the account, and include your player name.
If you never signed in, there is no email on the account. In that case tell us your player name and, if you have one, a run ID from a proof card you shared — that is enough for us to find the right record. We may ask one further question to be sure the account is yours, because deleting the wrong person's progress is not recoverable.
We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, usually within two working days.
What gets deleted
- Your player name, and with it your place on the leaderboard.
- Your email address, password and any Apple or Google sign-in link.
- Your contact details and any payout details you gave us.
- The device link that ties the account to your phone, tablet or Mac.
- Your runs are unlinked from you, so nothing left in our systems identifies you through them.
What has to be kept, and why
Two things survive a deletion, and we would rather you knew before you ask than after:
- Payment and identity-check records, for seven years after a payment. If we have paid you a prize, tax and anti-fraud rules require the payer to be able to show who was paid. We keep the minimum needed for that and nothing more.
- A blockchain payment is permanent. A prize paid in USDT is a public transaction that nobody — not us, not you, not anyone — can remove. Deleting your account does not erase a transaction that already happened.

Before you delete
- Your progress goes with it. XP, rank, cleared levels, missions and your verified record cannot be restored afterwards, and a fresh account starts at Rookie.
- An unclaimed prize is forfeited. If your account holds a prize you have not been paid yet, deleting the account gives it up. Claim it first if you want it.
- Your subscription is separate. SamNeon Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your store account: on Apple devices Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android the Play Store → Payments and subscriptions.
Just want a copy instead?
Email the same address and ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct something. We answer within 30 days. You do not have to delete anything to see what we hold.
