SamNeon Ultimate Challenge — Official Rules

This is a contest of skill and persistence, not chance: there is no random draw. The Professional and Ultimate ranks require clearing all 20 levels; levels 4–20 are part of the SamNeon Pro subscription (7-day free trial, then monthly). Buying more than one subscription gives no advantage. Sponsor: SamNeon (Akomolafe Samuel). Apple, Google and any app store are not sponsors of and are not involved in this contest in any way.

1. How to win

The first 17 players to reach the Ultimate rank in SamNeon, in the order the game's servers record it, each win a prize: 1st place US$100,000, 2nd place US$20,000, 3rd place US$20,000, 4th place US$20,000, 5th place US$20,000, 6th place US$20,000, 7th place US$20,000, 8th place US$20,000, 9th place US$20,000, 10th place US$20,000, 11th place US$20,000, 12th place US$20,000, 13th place US$20,000, 14th place US$20,000, 15th place US$20,000, 16th place US$20,000, 17th place US$20,000 (US$420,000 for these places; US$500,000 in total with the milestone prizes below). Prizes are paid in USDT (Tether) to the wallet address the winner provides, on the network the winner chooses from those the sponsor supports.

Milestone prizes. The first 300 players to reach the Veteran rank in a counted run each receive US$100 (Proof prize); The first 50 players to reach the Champion rank in a counted run each receive US$1,000 (Champion prize). These are paid in USDT in batches before any larger prize is due. Slots open only while the prize wallet holds the money for them (the app shows how many are open); a slot is taken the moment the qualifying run is verified, in the server's order. One payout per rung per person, on the same identity and one-person rules as below.

2. The rank ladder

XP is earned only from runs that SamNeon's servers have replayed and verified. XP is capped at 1,000 per player per UTC day, so reaching Ultimate takes at least 365 days of play (about 12 months of maxing out every single day) for anyone; every rank also has a skill gate, and the missions Ultimate requires include a no-damage clear of every level. Ranks:

1. Rookie — 0 XP
2. Cadet — 1,500 XP and Clear L2
3. Pilot — 4,000 XP and Clear L4
4. Ace — 9,000 XP and L6 · 40★
5. Veteran — 18,000 XP and L9 · 70★
6. Elite — 35,000 XP and L12 · 100★
7. Master — 65,000 XP and L15 · 130★
8. Champion — 110,000 XP and L18 · 160★
9. Professional — 180,000 XP and L20 · 185★ · wave 30
10. Ultimate — 365,000 XP and 200★ · wave 50

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the game account that reached Ultimate.
• One account per person, for good. Your account is tied to your device, your sign-in identity (email, Apple or Google) and your Pro subscription; a device or subscription that already has an account cannot start another, and reinstalling brings your existing account back. Second accounts, shared accounts, and any attempt to claim more than one prize (including with another wallet address or email) forfeit every prize involved.
• Void where prohibited by law. Residents of jurisdictions where this contest is unlawful, and persons subject to sanctions that prevent the sponsor from paying them, are not eligible.
• Employees and contractors of the sponsor and their household members are not eligible.

4. Fair play

• Every counted run is recorded input by input and re-simulated on the sponsor's servers. Runs that do not reproduce, that were played faster than real time, or that were started without a server seed do not count.
• Automation of any kind — bots, scripts, macros, computer-vision or AI agents, modified apps, input injection, or having another person play your account — disqualifies the account. Suspicious accounts may be suspended pending review.
• One-time identity check. Before the first prize is paid the winner completes an automated identity check once (a government ID and a live selfie, through the sponsor's independent verification provider). It is done once for life on that account and covers every prize the account ever wins. The result comes only from the provider: no employee, contractor or sponsor staff can mark an account verified by hand. One verified person may hold one account: the same person verified on a second account forfeits the prizes on both. Refusal forfeits the prize.

5. Records, proof and verification

• You do not need to keep screenshots. Every counted run is recorded and verified by the sponsor's servers the moment it ends, with its date, level, score and missions; levels only count when cleared in order. Your verified record is shown in the app under RANKS → MY RECORD, and every clear has a proof card with a public verification link.
• Payouts are checked against that record, the signed-in identity, and the one-prize-per-person rule. Screenshots and videos are welcome as extra evidence but are never required and never sufficient on their own.

6. Claiming and payment

• A winner is shown a Claim screen in the app and must submit contact and wallet details within 60 days of reaching Ultimate, or the prize is forfeited and passes to the next player to reach Ultimate.
• Prizes are paid within 30 days after verification is complete. The payment transaction hash is published in the app so anyone can confirm it on the blockchain.
• The prize amount is fixed in US dollars and paid as the equivalent amount of USDT at the time of payment. Network fees are paid by the sponsor. The winner is responsible for providing a correct wallet address; funds sent to the address provided cannot be recovered.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize and may be asked for the information the sponsor needs for tax reporting.

7. General

• The sponsor may amend these rules to keep the contest fair or lawful, and will publish any change in the app; a change never removes a prize already won.
• The sponsor's records of ranks, runs and timing are final. Decisions on eligibility and fair play are made by the sponsor after review and are final.
• The wallet funding the prizes and its live balance are shown in the app for transparency. Each prize place is marked funded in the app only once that wallet holds the full amount for it (in order of place, after what is owed to earlier winners); a place that is not yet funded is a stated goal, not a guarantee, until it is.
