This policy explains how Samneon Ltd (“Samneon”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on this website and when you contact us. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, shown in that product, which explains exactly what it collects and why.
This website
This website sets no cookies and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking code. It loads nothing from other companies — no fonts, scripts or images — so visiting it tells no one else that you were here. Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers see the address your connection comes from in order to answer each request; their standard technical logs keep it only briefly, and we don't use it to identify or follow you.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use them only to reply and to help you, and we keep the conversation for as long as it is needed for that, or as the law requires.
When you buy from us
Payments are handled by payment providers and app stores. We never see or store your full card number or banking details. We keep a record of what you bought, when, and the email address it belongs to, so we can provide what you paid for, answer questions and meet our legal and tax obligations.
What we never do
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
- We don't use it for advertising, and we don't build profiles of you.
- We don't share it, except with the service providers who help us run our business (such as hosting, email and payments), under agreements that protect it, or when the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@samneon.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
